Michel Cluizel has been making chocolate in the southern Normandy region of France to an exclusively high standard, in the French chocolate making tradition, since 1948. Mendiants are made of nuts, almonds and orange peels on the top of chocolate coins. 63% cocoa dark and 39% cocoa milk chocolate disks with pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts and candied orange peels.
