The Kilkivan Railway Markets are held every Sunday morning between the hours of 7.00 a.m. and 12 noon (except for approx. 3 weeks starting from last week of December to mid January).  If you would like to have a stall you are quite welcome. We have a small number of canvas gazebos available for hire and can supply tables as well. The stall hire is $10.00 each Sunday morning. Imbil Markets Every sunday in Imbil you'll find the markets open for business from 8am to 2 pm. The markets are run by Imbil Mary Valley scout group. There's an array of items, Mostly locally grown or crafted including plants, seedlings, fresh fruit and Vegetables, Essential oils, Pet treats, jewellery and crafts. Rainbow Beach Markets starting 8th June 2013

The Museum Markets are located in the beautiful surroundings of the Museum Gardens with Lake Alford and its parks and picnic areas as a backdrop.   Most market days there are working displays and added attractions including the Miniature Railway and Children's Merry Go Round. The Markets are held on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Sunday of each month from 7.00 am to 12.00 noon.

The town of Gympie has an important and colourful history, from being cited as the "Town that saved Queensland from Bankruptcy" to being the home of Andrew Fisher, Labor's second Prime Minister.
