PROTEIN CHOCOLATE ICE-CREAM POPS
WHAT YOU NEED ✅ 1 1/2 cups coconut milk (360 ml) 2 scoops @happywayau vegan chocolate protein powder 5 tbsp peanut butter 3 tbsp maple syrup/honey 3 tbsp @happywayau cacao powder For the topping: 100 g 80% dark chocolate 1 tsp coconut oil HOW TO MAKE IT 👩🍳 1️⃣ In a bowl, whisk all the ingredients together. 2️⃣ Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze until firm for about 4-5 hours. 3️⃣ Melt the chocolate with coconut oil. Dip the popsicles in the chocolate and enjoy!

Add milk and chocolate chips until well combined. Add the remaining chocolate pieces on top and also put 1-2 dark chocolate cubes in the middle of the mixture. Place the mixture into a mug and microwave for 60-80 seconds and ENJOY!!
