1. Tilting head back hand under the chin and on collarbone, saying the word ‘yum’ 30-60 times. • 2. Turning head to the side tilt the chin up slightly bring the tongue towards the direction of the nose. Hold for 15 seconds then on the other side for another 15 seconds.
