1. Tilting head back hand under the chin and on collarbone, saying the word ‘yum’ 30-60 times.  • 2. Turning head to the side tilt the chin up slightly bring the tongue towards the direction of the nose. Hold for 15 seconds then on the other side for another 15 seconds. Repeat again on both sides.  3. Place the fingers on the collarbone for resistance, tilt the head slightly back bring the bottom lip out, holding there for around 30 seconds.  Always work to your own level with everything  •
