Avocado Pesto - Leave out cashew nuts, I like to replace with a little bit of spring onion/red onion but it doesn't really need to be replaced I've found. Still tastes great. Substitute parmesan for Cheezly parmesan if you want lower protein. Also, heat with a little bit of low pro milk in a saucepan and it makes a lovely creamy pesto sauce for low pro pasta and gnoocchi.
