Australia - Melbourne

Melbourne is the capital of Victoria. The greater metropolis covers an area of 9,900 km2 (3,857.2 sq mi). It has been ranked by the Economist Intelligence Unit as the world's most livable city since 2011 and among the top three since 2002. In 2013 the EIU also ranked Melbourne the fourth most expensive city in the world. It is located on Port Phillip Bay with its City Centre near to the estuary of the Yarra River. It has a population of 4.35 million.
