Here are exercises I incorporate into my warm-ups to boost kick height: 👇🏼 1️⃣ Gentle rotations and deep stretches to loosen the hips. 2️⃣ Leg raises engage obliques, back, core, and legs, aiding in lifting legs higher. 3️⃣ Lunges with the back leg driving forward open and unlock hip flexors. 4️⃣ Similarly, lunges with the front leg driving forward maximize hip extension.
