Combine beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Form Meatloaf Morsels: Flatten portions of meat mixture, stuff with cheddar cheese, and shape into balls. Glaze: Mix ketchup and mustard, brush over each morsel.
