located on a beautiful plot of coastal promenade in the historic center of la paz, mexico, an early 20th-century villa is reborn with the addition of a chic new extension by max von werz arquitectos.

The two buildings are loosely organised around a central courtyard that is dotted with fragrant frangipani trees. Tranquil gardens and patios were incorporated into the perimeter of the site.
