Did you know as Physical therapist we look at walking speed, leg strength, and walking patterns to determine your fall risk? Balance is not something we typically train at the gym, but we should. Our balance centers are within our inner ear, receptors in our muscles, and our visual field. Strength and stability play a huge roll.
