When you have such a simple recipe, like Rocky Road, it's always fun to play with it and see how you might adapt it. The addition of Biscoff biscuits and spread adds a spiced, caramelised flavour that brings the otherwise just sweet rocky road alive. Finally, adding the Biscoff Flavour finishes the recipe, in our opinion, and works perfectly with the chewy, crunchy texture and flavour that Rocky Road brings to the table.
