Used the great tutorial found in the source (below) and created the 4 in power point using Arial Rounded MT font, size 550. I added the dotted lines using power point and I cut out two identical 4s to make it 3D (see tutorial) and used an adhesive dimension dot to attach the Lightning McQueen that I cut and pasted from the internet and printed on card stock.
