These gorgeous, Japanese celluloid flower cabochons are such beautiful handmade creations. They date back to the 1940's 50's in Japan. These came to my with flat backs, no button shanks or loops. I knew just what to do with them. Celluloid is a pre plastic material that was very versatile. These flower cabochons are hand painted and are very light weight.
