This is Tristan Tzara's 'Dada Manifesto' that was written in French and was published on March 23, 1918. Like the other dadaist Hugo Ball, he had his own version of a dada manifesto since that the movement was always considered as a radical far left anti-establishment. To quote him further, 'Dada' should be defined as 'a word that throws up ideas so that they can be shot down' and it absolutely 'means nothing' (Tzara, 1918.)
