To anyone interested in the #firefighting career, especially #females. Here is an idea of how much added weight you will carry. I am 5'5, 130lbs, and 18% bodyfat. My last PT test I ran 1.5 mile in 11:02, 53x push-ups in one minute, 46x sit-ups in one minute, and 10x strict pull-ups.
