My 92-year-old mom has quite a selection of exercises in her weekly workouts, but when I visit, I enjoy teaching her something new that challenges her abilities 💪🏼

She’s always open to learning and embracing new challenges🙌

1. Hamstrings curls - take your time these are challenging.
2.!Hip drops x 8
3. Hamstring stretch
4. Groin stretch.
5 Chest and shoulder opener
6. Child’s pose
