The husband of one of my friends fell and broke his leg last week - right above where he had a knee replaced (I don't now how long ago). So I made him a get well card, because that's all I can do. His surgery was yesterday and involved rods and screws. I can't even imagine how much that must hurt. I already had the embossed Brass Foil die cut in my box of useful bits, so it was a simple matter to stamp and die cut the sentiment, and then choose a nice DSP background. I really like the way…

Needed a one layer Get Well card for Less is More but this is my second one cos I wanted to try a technique that's going around and decide there wasn't much white space on it. I used Coastal Cabana I think with Bermuda Bay inks and I used Inkylicious brushes because they're easier on my hands its still hard but I can dust longer than I can blend. Made a bit of a mistake with the reeds stamp from Inkylicious should have done the corner first then the one above it and I love the Wetlands…
