The week leading up to Halloween always tends to be dreary, which makes us want to cozy up with a cup of tea in front of a fireplace. Since we don’t have fireplaces in our kitchens, we’ll just have to do the next best thing: imagine ourselves hanging out in one of these warm and inviting spaces. Our architectural designers re-organize the space in this historic home. Christopher Peacock designed the cabinets and we focused on bringing out special architectural features of the home - detailed molding throughout the room and especially at the windows and a revitalized fireplace.

The Open Hearth Kitchen centers around a traditional open hearth used for cooking and warmth, with rustic stone floors and wooden beams enhancing the historical charm.
