Quick and simple 3 ingredient low gi chocolate pudding with no added sugar. Mash a large banana (I use my hands but you can use a blender instead), add 2 eggs and whisk together. Add two tablespoons of cocoa powder and mix thoroughly. You can add a little vanilla paste to taste (optional). Pour the mixture into two ramekins and bake for 12 mins at 350f. The mixture should be cakey on the outside but still gooey in the middle. Allow to cool a little, then enjoy!
