Nice concept for this hunger poster. The fork is like a jail cell and the person can't seem to get past it. Like the fork which is supposed to feed people is actually what's keeping this person from eating. Nice color combo, I think it's cool that this person is almost kind of drawn in but not all of the way. It almost makes me think he is fading away.. not sure if that's the effect or not.
