The best part of the salmon is the delightful textural contrast – a crisp, sesame-studded crust gives way to perfectly flaky, melt-in-your-mouth fish. The serving possibilities are endless, but my preferred way to enjoy is in a rice bowl. To make gluten-free, use tamari.
