Stardew scarecrow layout

So after having some jerkass crows steal some crops for the first time I immediately put up a Scarecrow, since it'll keep the crows away. However, it has a limited range of 20 tiles, as seen in the

The Deluxe Scarecrow is a craftable scarecrow that prevents crows from eating a player's crops. The player can obtain the recipe for a Deluxe Scarecrow only after obtaining all 8 rarecrows, which will trigger the "Z.C. Rarecrow Society" to send the player a letter containing the recipe with a 90.5% probability each night until it is delivered.[1]

A Scarecrow is a craftable item that prevents crows from eating crops. Scarecrows can be crafted at Farming level 1. Scarecrows are not needed to protect crops grown from Wild Seeds, since crows do not attack them.
