Tikka is a dish found in the Indian Subcontinent which can be eaten as a main meal or as an appetizer. Tikka normally refers to marinated pieces of meat, typically chicken or lamb, but I’ve substituted tofu here! I used an almond milk yoghurt for the base of the marinade with various spices, then marinated the tofu, onion and bell pepper, and baked in the oven.
