Ingredients -Ghirardelli white chocolate wafers -colourmill red food coloring (oil based) -strawberries, washed and dried -small rose mold Melt your chocolate wafers in the microwave for 30 second bursts until fully melted. Add an oil based red or pink food coloring to your chocolate, then mix until fully incorporated. Press a skewer into each strawberry, then place on a paper towel to wick any moisture before dipping. Pour a small amount of chocolate into your mold, then place a dipped strawberry into each cavity. Place into the fridge to set for 5-10 minutes.
