Do wall squats everyday! This will not only work your leg muscles, but get your heart-rate up as well. Start on Monday and do them for 1 minute (longer if you feel stronger!). On Tuesday, add 1 more minute. On Wednesday, another minute and so on and so forth until you reach Saturday.
