Week 8 Down! Y’all I have been on a 2 month journey! 15 fruits and veggies out of 20-30 that we are supposed to have a week. I’m keeping myself accountable regardless of how I do. I continue to keep making better choices overall, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually even though this was an extremely tough week with the anniversary of my dad’s passing 🪽 This is a lifestyle change, not just a quick fad. So no matter what, I keep going. Onto another week‼️ Everything is possible #...
