Got a question (or three?) about our new 8-Week Program?

The time I met Nick who guides his Coles customers to the sugar-free sections. This is Nick. He and his Mum (pictured) did the 8-Week Program and approached me at the “What Should I Eat Forum” in Syd. He told me that he was the one who requested a recipe for homemade bacon. THEN, several people commented on the Instagram photo I posted of us (below) saying that THEY’D been helped by Nick and that he was indeed a legend. Love it. Nick got his wish. Best-selling author and “spirit junkie” Gabby did my 8-Week Program and blogged about it to her vast and adoring audience. I only realised this when I suddenly got hit with a whole heap of follows from tarot card readers and yoga teachers across America. There I was on the launch day of I Quit Sugar in America in a TV studio getting makeup done when I heard a shriek, “IS SARAH WILSON IN THE BUILDING?!”. Ryan (below) and his Mum, also 8-Week-Program graduates, went to the Lake Macquarie Festival back in 2014, where I was one of the speakers. The following week I found this lovely note in my mailbox. It reads as follows: “To dear Sarah, I’m the boy you met on Saturday :). Here’s a loom band that I thought would go with your green shorts. Sincerely, Worm or Ryan.”

Every time I get to meet an IQS baby. OK, this totally gets me teared up. The number of times I’ve held a baby and cried in public… Not a week goes by without another email or random approach from a happy sugar-free new Mum wanting to share how they were finally able to conceive after doing the Program. They usually come with the result for me to hold. Which just makes my day, my year, my life. I met this little one on one of my tours talking about quitting sugar. His Mum (sorry, I can’t…

Sarah Chapman - (whose now sugar-free family of six features her husband, and four kids under the age of eight). "By the end of the program, however, those ‘try one mouthful’ moments had turned into them wanting our food over theirs.we let our children choose. And they usually choose wisely. When they do indulge in too much sugar and junk food they always comment on how sick they feel and one develop headaches. Our children now refuse boring sandwiches in their lunch boxes and have…
