The Ultimate Salad and the ultimate Wonder Woman. Here's a rainbow abundance bowl and throwback to the last #IQS8WP from @missmarzipancom. She's doing some serious multi-tasking: "experimenting with veganising a zucchini fritter recipe, roasting and pureeing sweet potatoes, making an early dinner for the kids AND preparing my own food for tonight and tomorrow." PHEW!

"Three weeks in, I've got more energy, I've dropped a dress size (just bought my first size 10 skirt in well over a year!) and my children are eating less sugar and lots more whole foods.
