Thermomix Scrambled Eggs - did at 100C for about 14 mins in the Bellini. Will try again with less milk and reduce to speed 1 after the first couple of minutes. This nearly went on the fails board, as texture was a bit minced and cleanup sucked.... but it was convenient and worth a 2nd go with some tweaks.
