Just put some cacao balls together - almond meal, flaked almonds, goji berries, black chia seeds, cacao powder, brown rice puffs, pinch of celtic salt and maples syrup. Melt coconut oil and add enough to make a sticky mess. No measurements just use your own judgement. You really can add anything. I would have put in shredded coconut but didn't have any. Should be fairly firm. With damp hands mould into little balls, pop on a tray and put in the fridge to set. Yum Yum in my Tum (and the kids)
