Recently, many cities and villages have spent a lot of time and effort digitizing their historical-image archives. Already four years ago, however, Doklab was asking itself the question: “what is the best way for libraries to collaborate with such tremendous archives?”

The Radboud University came to us because they were looking for a solution that would make their digital services more visible to the students in the University Library. At Doklab we developed a central data hub that gathers information from a variety of available web services and displays them on an interactive 3D campus map.

For Radboud University we developed an interactive map on a multitouch screen that shows several interactive feeds on a campus map.

The Sports Newspaper application is a unique project in Limburg. Several sports organizations have collaborated with library organizations in realizing a program about sports education.

Doklab developed a multitouch newspaper application for children to create their own newspaper about sports.
