Veggie soup for 3 days, or one day a week ongoing. I start with veggie stock and add my #turmericpaste which contains turmeric, garlic, ginger, black pepper and coconut oil. I then add coriander stems and leaves, #dulseflakes, and loads of veggies like kale, carrots, zucchini, celery, pumpkin. I sometimes add some #yeastflakes or Lifestreams 'naturalBcomplex' for a hit of vitamin B, then season with unrefined salt and cracked pepper. I serve it with Made In Hemp seeds for protein...

amu finished. I cooked a heap of ‪#‎turmeric‬ I dug up from ‪#‎janellasgarden‬ until soft, then blended it in the Vitamix with black pepper and water until smooth. There's so much of it that I froze most in BPA-free containers. I'll pull a little out at a time to make more ‪#‎jamu‬ as I need it. Just mix with lemons from my tree and local honey. I also pop a piece of root in my mornings smoothies and use my ‪#‎TurmericOil‬ and ‪#‎TurmericPaste‬ in my cooking.
