Creamy Chicken & Brown Rice Soup z(Thermomix) 50g of raw brown rice 50g raw almonds 1 onion, halved 2 garlic cloves 1 stalk of celery, quartered 1 large carrot, quartered 30g olive oil or butter 300g cubed chicken 2 Tblspns chicken stock paste 100g raw brown rice ground rice & almonds handful fresh parsley, chopped 100g frozen peas

Quirky Cooking: Bone Broths (Liquid Stocks). I made chicken stock with this recipe, just pulled it out of the crock pot and it looks amazing! Had it in for about 18 hours. Added in fresh thyme as well as the parsley cos I had it in the fridge already. Yummo

Quirky Cooking: Thermomix Nut Butter 1. Place all the ingredients in the bowl and grind on speed 9 for 1 to 1.5 minutes, until it reaches the desired consistency. (You may need to use the spatula to push the mixture onto the blades.) - 250g raw almonds - 150g roasted cashews (unsalted) - 50g raw macadamias - 2 tsp Rapadura - 1 tsp sea salt (or to taste) If mixture is still too stiff, add some macadamia oil - about 15g should do.
