Kateryna Barger on Instagram: "Baked Brie Pear Sweet, fruity, with melted cheese and herby rosemary notes .. make sure to save this recipe! - 1 Bartlett pear - 1 slice of Brie, chopped - 1/4 lime, juice only - few drops of olive oil - fresh rosemary leaves - 1 tbsp honey - 1 tbsp toasted pine nuts Preheat oven to 390°F Cut pear lengthwise in half and scoop out the center with a spoon. Arrange pear halves, cut side up, in a baking dish, top with Brie cheese, rosemary, drizzle with olive oil, lime juice, and honey. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese has melted. Top with toasted pine nuts. Enjoy! Joaco Cerda - Recetas on Instagram: "Hoy te enseño a preparar este ROLLO DE QUESO AZUL Y CEBOLLA Ingredientes: 200gr de queso crema americano 100gr de queso azul 80gr de mermelada de cebolla 200gr de procciutto 150gr de mix de nueces, semilla de zapallo y grosellas Preparación: Mezclar queso crema con queso azul, mermelada de cebolla y procciutto picado, triturar con un tenedor, de esta forma quedarán trozos de queso azul. Cubrir una tabla de madera con film plástico, colocar toda la preparación y tapa, dando forma de cilindro, presiona para compactar y refrigerar por al menos 1 hora. Mientras tanto, mezclar nueces, semillas de zapallo y grosellas. Retirar el plástico, cubre muy bien toda la superficie del rollo y está listo."
