Our Early Warning Signs posters are a great visual resource to help teach children about their Early Warning Signs. Early Warning Signs are our body’s way of telling us that we feel unsafe. They are our “fight, flight, or freeze” response. Early Warning Signs can be different for each of us, and include sweaty palms, feeling unable to move, rapid heartbeat, butterflies in our tummy, goose bumps, hair on our arms standing up, etc.
