Staple to-go lunch: Chicken, black beans, corn, salsa, & avocado salad. Make into a lettuce wrap... yummy and healthy.

VEGGIE QUICHE  3 handfuls of fresh spinach, 2 tomatoes, 1 medium size leek, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 egg 5 egg whites, about 2 cups of broccoli, olive oil, and salt & pepper. Saute veggies pour eggs over bake at 175 15-20 minutes.  Made for my paleo breakfast this morning!
