The Home of picture quotes.~ Mistakes are footprints on the Road to Success; If your willing to look foolish but not limited by them. Ignore those who celebrate others mistakes as an excuse not to be in the adventure. They see failures as dead ends, you know they are building blocks. Every success is built on the "why?"of each failure that went before..

This painting, "Prince of Peace" was painted when the artist was 8 yrs old. Akiane Kramarik is an awesome artist, poet, writer, and budding musician. She is an internationally recognized now 17-year-old prodigy who has been painting since age 4 by divine inspiration. Considered the only known child binary genius, in both realist painting and poetry.

INFJ for the most part. Shit this is so me! In that regard I kind of like that I haven't gone backwards because now with what I know about myself I am open to embrace change walking with my eyes wide open into the future adventure of the unknown peacefully and with a smirk on my face... Haha I love life. JN

Even if we resist or avoid change , it will enter our life just the same. When we initiate the change ourselves, it’s pretty easy to adopt to it, since it’s a wanted one.

When there is true commitment, the communication will thrive, and no matter the distance the relationship will blossom. However, if your (or their) heart is not in it, the smallest thing will become and obstacle to keep the relationship going, or even an excuse to end it. It is not the physical miles that separate you, but the distance in your own heart... ~Angela www.calligraphybyangela.com

How To Take Criticism (like feedback from co-interpreters, clients, supervisors, etc). One of the Interpreting Community's biggest assets is our emphasis on feedback and continual improvement, but it takes continual improvement in taking that feedback to continually improve our skill. Here are some pretty good ideas for the feedback process.
