These are actually quite easy to make. Blow up balloon in desired shape & size, tie. Spray lightly with oil. Drizzle melted, tempered chocolate or spun sugar on, let harden, pop balloon with pin and carefully pull out of chocolate or spun sugar cage. et Voila!
