Roasted cabbage wedges with spicy lime cilantro dressing, via The Kitchn.  SO good- I forgot to add the olive oil to the sauce, but it was still amazing on the cabbage (and the roasted potatoes, and the corned beef.)  Don't skip the fish sauce or the cayenne pepper- it's not too spicy, just a nice balance.
