Serve this authentic coconut rice as a side dish at your Asian themed dinner party - it can be prepared in advance and only needs 4 ingredients.

Ingredients 1 cup of oats Two tbs of Mayvers peanut and cacao spread 1/2 cup of almond milk 1/2 cup of soy milk 2 tbs of chia seeds 1x banana 2 tbs dessicated coconut 1 tbs organic cacao powder Fresh fruit and nuts to garnish Method Place oats, banana, coconut, cacao and chia seeds inside blender. Combine milk and Mayvers coconut spread. Blend until smooth. Place in fridge overnight.  In the morning, spoon out desired serving into a bowl. Decorate with rainbow fruit and nuts to serve.
