Paleo pasta: - 2/3 cup arrowroot powder (plus extra for kneading) - 1 cup almond flour (I use Honeyville brand because I find it to be the most finely ground) - 1 cup tapioca flour (make sure to find a brand that is gluten-free, some brands sneak in wheat products!) - 2 tsp. sea salt - 2 large eggs - 4 egg yolks (from large eggs) - 2 Tbsp olive oil (for cooking the pasta)

2 pounds of lean ground meat (ground chicken works really well for this, as would lean turkey). 2 eggs, beaten. 4 ounces of bacon, crisped and chopped. 1/2 of a small white onion, small dice. 4 green onions, chopped. 2 stacks of celery, sliced thinly or chopped. 2 tsp of dried oregano 1 tsp of black pepper 1 tsp of thyme 2 tsp of smoked paprika 2 tsp of garlic powder
