Maddy loves bacon and asparagus-Bacon Wrapped Sesame Asparagus: marinate asparagus in Italian dressing for an hour and a half. Then wrap in bacon and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.

My version of Greek Chicken :) 500 gms Chicken Thighs / Breasts your decision cubed haloumi 1 tbs YIAH Greek Taverna Spice Blend 2 tbs YIAH Mediterranean OO. Marinate and then skewer. BBQ or under the grill until chicken is cooked through.
YIAH homemade KFC chicken - 3 cups plain flour, 3 tspns YIAH Tuscan Pesto, 3 tspns Garlic & Herb mix. Place all in freezer bag. Add chicken pieces 2 at a time, shake. Repeat with each piece of chicken. Bake in oven on 160'c for 45mins basting with veg oil 3 times during cooking. Alternatively - 1 tbls herb & garlic dip 3/4 tbls Louisiana creole dip mixed thru flour. Then the usual chook breast pieces cut up, egg wash, flour & repeat. THAI GREEN CURRY CHICKEN SAUSAGE ROLLS - GREAT LUNCHTIME SNACK - Mix 500g Chicken Mince & 2 tablespoons of YIAH Thai Green Curry Dip Mix together. Use 2-3 sheets of Puff Pastry. Cut each sheet in 1/2 & place some Chicken mixture on top and roll in pastry. Cut into size of choice, brush with Milk & sprinkle with Sesame Seeds. Bake in oven until golden. For a Spicy Tomato Sauce add 1/2 teaspoon of YIAH Smokehouse BBQ Dip mix. ENJOY!!
