A LUXURY home renovation at Eumundi on the Sunshine Coast won the top prize at the 2011 Queensland Building Designer Awards. It was the first time in the awards' 20-year history that a renovation design had won the Premier Award. The design, by Gerard Smith of Mojo Design at Noosa Heads, had transformed a three-bedroom house into a luxury home, complete with new master bedroom and ensuite, media room, gym and powder room.

Love the external fireplace and alfresco area. Same tiles inside and outside creates feeling of continuation between 2 spaces.

The 25 metre lap pool with an infinity edge runs straight up to the river, while the property also boasts its own jetty and pontoon
