Close enough ... but this is my split: Sunday Core + Zumba. Monday Rest OR HIIT/intervals, light cardio (machine) and NO weights. Tuesday Leg Day + Double Cardio Day - Step + Zumba classes. Wednesday Upper Body + Zumba. Thursday REST Day. Friday Upper Body + Zumba. Saturday Lower Body + Zumba.
