Around lunch time in the middle of work and trying to plan a bunch of things I felt my chest get tight and my breathing become stressed. I have probably only had one proper panic attack in my life and this is how it started. So I stopped everything. I haven't done any art all week after some worrying drs appointments and so I pulled out some paints and breathed in some colour and then breathed it out onto the page - @tanyaleekahler style with my fingers.
