If each patch were 6 inches, this center medallion would be 72". Would be a quick quilt, just add a couple of good sized borders to make a king quilt...

Use the tube quilt method to make the half square triangles. 34 white squares 36 red on red half square triangle blocks 70 red/white half square triangles. Will make double quilt with border.

Quilt-no instructions, but I'm pretty sure I could figure it out-mostly HSts and squares/rectangles.
