Last night I made these little balls of deliciousness and they are nothing short of amazing! Thanks to Mind Body Green, one of my favorite websites for general bits and pieces about life and amazing recipes. They taste like peanut butter cups according to my boyfriend….that’s probably due to my obsession with peanut butter and probably adding a little more than the recipe says. :)

(I’m actually eating them while typing this) You can use any type of kale to make kale chips – I like to use curly kale for my chips because it breaks off in perfect little portions to cook and you don’t have to cut it!
