See our profile and visit our website💝 Whole Orange Cake 🍊 Ingredients: (Using a 200ml cup measurement, pan size: 30x10cm) 1 large orange 3 eggs 1 cup sugar 7 tbsp vegetable oil 2 cups flour 1 packet baking powder (about 10g) For the syrup: Juice of 1 orange 1 tbsp sugar For decoration: White chocolate or glaze Instructions: Prepare the orange: If you're worried about bitterness, remove the white pith inside. Otherwise, blend the whole orange into a purée. Make the batter: Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add oil and blended orange, then mix. Add dry ingredients: Sift in the flour and baking powder, then mix until smooth. Bake: Pour the batter into a greased 30x10cm pan. Bake at 170°C
