This delicious, super nutritious sweet potato and chorizo frittata is a big hit in our HEAL cooking programs. We keep trying to get a photo but it gets snapped up and eaten before we get a chance!! So we'll have to use the photo from @Lukehinesonline and @scootgoodingproject Clean Living Recipe books. (Let's be honest we're great at the eating part, not so crash hot at the food styling part anyway!!) Thanks guys!!

We've heard this one so often it's almost a cliche. But in all honesty if it wasn't for the eye watering laughter, the cringe worthy mistakes, the sheer exhaustion, the fist pump moments and the occasional tears along the way you wouldn't be who you are. And that would be a real shame because you're pretty awesome!! Is there someone you know who might need to hear this right now..... 😊
