Garlic Pepper Chicken "Fried Rice" By: The road to loving my Thermomix 2 chicken breasts, cut into 6 pieces each 400g basmati rice 800g water 2 carrots, sliced 1 broccoli head, chopped into florets Big handful of snow peas Peas, to taste Corn, to taste  2 spring onions sliced, for garnishing  Sauce: 10g peppercorns 5 garlic cloves, peeled 2 spring onions, chopped roughly 50g soy sauce 50g oyster sauce 15g brown sugar 10g fish sauce

Chicken Stock Paste  Ingredients :  300g of raw chicken (minced)  300g vegies (leek/onion/shallots, carrot, garlic, celery, celeriac - your choice)  a few sprigs fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley)  150g coarse sea salt  1 bay leaf  50g white wine (or a dash of white wine vinegar + water)  1 clove  5 coriander seeds (or a dash of ground cloves and a dash of ground coriander).
